Before Flight 828

Ben Stone is the mathematician husband of Grace Stone and father of Cal and Olive Stone.

After Flight 828

After supposedly being missing for 5 and a half years, Ben, his sister Michaela and his son Cal, all struggle to adapt to their new life. His wife, Grace, had been seeing a different man while her husband had been presumed dead and Olive is seen to have moved on and replaced Ben with Danny as a father figure.

Ben begins having ‘callings’. These callings later impact his And Cal's daily life. After numerous callings he comes clean to Grace and Olive with the hope of their family rebuilding their relationship.
