Billy is a character on Manifest. He debuts in the fourth episode of the second season and is portrayed by guest star Carl Lundstedt.
Biography[]
Billy is the hot headed and protective younger brother of Tamara. He is a member of the Xers, an anti-828 hate group.
After Flight 828[]
After kidnapping Zeke Landon, Billy, Simon White, Erika and two others are arrested by the NYPD and the Xers are brought down thanks to the undercover work of Detective Jared Vasquez. ("")
Years later, Billy, apparently having been released from prison, hunts for 828ers who have a $50,000 dead or alive bounty placed on them. Billy tricks Georgia into thinking that he's Anson Vasik contacting her, but he's stopped by Michaela and Ben Stone and duct taped to his car with a note. When Jared and Drea Mikami arrive with the Registry, Jared recognizes Billy and is all too happy to arrest him once again. Seeing that Billy has a car full of guns, Drea guesses that the Stones prevented a massacre by taking him down. ("Final Descent")
