Courtney is the ex-fiancée of Zeke Landon. They were supposed to get married, but never filled out the papers. Zeke broke up with her a year before he went on the hike where he died.

She shows up in season 2 and lives with Zeke and Michaela for some time, trying to hide from a dealer called Lucas. When she was found by Lucas' guys and beat up, Zeke and Michaela set up a meeting to settle her debt.
