Biography[]
After Flight 828[]
Erika meets Grace Stone at a yoga session for pregnant women after Grace had offered her some ground ginger to help her nausea. As Erika is leaving, Grace sees a gargoyle on top of her car after hearing the words “open her eyes”.
Erika is found later at a football match for U6 girls, giving out snacks at the end of the game. She appears unnerved by Cal’s presence and abruptly hurries off, a gargoyle that’s only visible to Grace lurking on a light.
Erika bumps into Grace again outside of the yoga class and asks if she is following her. After Grace expresses concern for her well-being, Erika expresses malcontent towards the flight 828 and calls Cal a freak, finally telling Grace and her family to stay away.
Later that day, it is revealed that her husband is the professor that hired Ben Stone as a lecturer at their local university. He uses the phrase “‘Welcome to my parlor,’ says the spider to the fly,” as the camera pans up to a gargoyle statue on the university entrance.
