After Flight 828

His brother received the family inheritance because Logan went missing, and when he returned he was estranged from his brother, who thought he was not real. He received a Death Date calling which included his brother's box in the vault. Since his brother refused to believe it was really him, he resorted to robbing the bank to get what was inside, but he ended up needing his brother's key anyway. Fortunately, due to their own Callings, Ben and TJ found his brother and convinced him that they are, in fact, real. They then reunited the two, where they made up. Logan was arrested soon after. Logan gave Michaela the object that he was searching for, the Compass. ("Black Box")

After Eagan Tehrani is arrested, he ends up as Logan's cellmate. Logan tells Eagan the history of the Compass, but Eagan is uninterested and he shares the story of Eagan's selfish use of his very first Calling. ("Full Upright & Locked Position")

After the Compass points to the location of the Omega Sapphire, Eagan shares Logan's story about the Compass. Logan's great-grandfather Arnold, the original Compass owner, was also a Freemason who had worked on building the Masonic Temple of the Omega Order. Arnold had hidden the Omega Sapphire and built the Compass to lead to its hiding place. ("Rendezvous")

A New Timeline

It is unknown if Logan remained in jail or went with the other passengers when they were called for their Death Date, but he is implied to have survived it and have been given another chance at life.
