Before Flight 828

Priscilla was born in San Francisco. At one point she met and married a man named Gordon and moved to New York (it is not known if she moved cities before or after the wedding). She and Gordon had two children Zeke and Chloe. Every Sunday Priscilla cooked with her son.

After Flight 828

After returning from the dead, Zeke visits his mother's townhome, but breaks in rather than reveal himself and is arrested. Zeke later properly visits Priscilla, but he later tells Michaela that his mother wouldn't even let him inside. ("Hard Landing", "Estimated Time of Departure")

Michaela visits Priscilla who explains that she loves her son and she will never stop loving him. However, to Zeke's mother, he couldn't be bothered to show up for an entire year and when he did, Zeke was on drugs and full of excuses and lies and nothing has changed. Zeke told her about his death, resurrection and clean slate, but Priscilla doesn't believe it, telling Michaela that Zeke is an addict and they will always tell you what you want to hear. Michaela reveals that she knows that it's true, having gone through the same thing. Michaela came back to find her mother gone and Priscilla recognizes her from Flight 828. Michaela explains that what's happening isn't just about the plane anymore and Priscilla is upset and horrified, having sent her son away and said horrible things to him when Zeke was telling her the truth. Michaela reassures her that Zeke will come back and tells Priscilla to let him in when he does. ("Estimated Time of Departure")

After the shooting at Michaela's apartment, Zeke spends two months in hiding at his mother's home until Cal Stone convinces Zeke to turn himself in. ("Fasten Your Seatbelts")

Priscilla visits Zeke in the hospital as his condition worsens as Zeke's Death Date approaches. Zeke lies that his condition is a result of having to recover from burns and smoke inhalation from the nightclub fire. Although doubtful given Zeke's history of lies, Priscilla is happy to see her son doing so well in his life now.

Priscilla refuses to attend Zeke's wedding to Michaela two days before Zeke's Death Date due to the presence of Zeke's father who was saved from a suicide attempt by Ben Stone and TJ Morrison. Zeke finally reveals to his mother that he's dying to get her to attend and asks Gordon to look after Priscilla when he's gone. After the ceremony, Priscilla embraces her son. ("Call Sign")

8 months after Zeke's death, needing a car to chase after a Calling about Bethany Collins' wife Georgia, Michaela turns Priscilla for help. Telling Michaela that she's still a part of the family even with Zeke dead, Priscilla agrees, and she gives Ben money for Cal and Olive as well. Inside of one of Zeke's old books, Michaela finds a Mother's Day card that Chloe had handcrafted for Priscilla and gives it to her. Having never seen the card before, Priscilla is deeply touched and thanks her daughter-in-law for it. Before returning to the 828 Detention Center, Ben asks Olive to get Priscilla's car and bring it back to her. ("Final Descent")
